Physical Description:
Quinten come across as a smug young man standing about 6’1” and weighing 80 kg. His body is muscular, defined muscular systems throughout and with wings tattooed on his arms. Upon his back he has a marking of the Phoenix with alien writing. His brown eyes covered with black glasses with false lenses peer as if he sees through you. He dresses in all black mostly, black pants and shirt and jacket, occasionally he wears green or red. His right hand still has his wedding ring and burned scars from an accident.
Identifying Features: Quinten has three tattoos, a set of wings on his shoulder blades to his elbows. This tattoo was done prior to him becoming the Phoenix. The secondary marking is a tattoo of a genetic variety, a "Death Mark" on the right oblique of his body. The genetic protien identies and no RNA re sequencing can remove it. The third and final marking is his wedding date, it was tattooed on his left hip. Sophie wanted it there because of personal reasons.

Quinten Quire, he is more commonly a pain in my ass, however after the initial irritation he is quite worth while as an agent. We've watched him since the riot he staged at Xavier's School for Higher Learning. Initially we were going to "eliminate" him, however with the mutants at few numbers, readily taking one of their numbers away is not an option unless provoked.
Fury, himself has spoken to Steve Rogers, Logan, Tony Stark, T'Challa and Reed Richards for guidance upon the mutant query, Quinten Quire. He was given to Logan and kept under "house arrest" until he was deemed worthy of free movement.
Each consultant spoke of atleast giving him a chance, T'Challa even spoke of ending Quire should he become a threat himself. Logan objected, stating this is a mutant problem to be handled by mutants. The schism between Xavier's house brought by difference of values, Scott Summers has proven the extreme measures have a small value in a "guerilla war" but to side with Logan and his house is more than reliable, trusted beyond Scott Summer's camp the verdict came to support Logan's decision and he kept his word.
Over the years, the rebel spirit Quinten Quire had became tame, while remaining in the aspects of sciences and research. Despite several issues, he is still a pain in our proverbial asses, but worth that pain. His efforts have helped rebuild, even advance our organization and that of mutant safety and security in our Black Program.
