This projects dosier is a compilation of finished projects, each project is a work in progress and can be enacted at any time based on the commanding structure of agents and overseers in the organization.

 

Agent Quinten Quire, is experienced in biology, general medicine, internal medicine, technology, specializing is psionic amplification and nullification types. During his time amongst the Shi'ar he cultivated xeno biology of alien species experienced by the Shi'ar and Kree empires.

 

He has followed the path Hank McCoy had followed, to heal and not harm. Xavier's path as well, from Wolverine's new perspective after Rogue's death.

 

After being raised by those who have embraced Xavier's Dream and philosphy.

 

His projects vary from biomedical, medical, alien technology, weaponized armors and weapons system.

 

He is particularly well versed in computer bianary code, programming and structure. This is especially shown in creating nano technolgy aka nanite technology. These vary from the ones used in medical or in the MVA organization as it is his own design.
