Quinten Quire has been a product of Wolverine's learning curve, which for him it was all or nothing. He was trained and taught by the foremost mutants in the psychic fields, and taught combat by Betsy Braddock, Wolverine, Beast, Shatterstar, Rachel Summers and the entirety of the staff at Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters and Jean Grey School for Higher learning. Because of Quinten's mind, he is a fast learner and never forgets and often learns by observing. 

 

 

Biological Sciences: Quinten had graduated and received formal education in Medicine thank’s to Hank McCoy, Doctor Nemesis and other mutant doctors in regards to physiological. After his expulsive behavior ended and he shaped up he attained outside classes aside from the institute in medicine where he attained his degrees in general medicine from New york State University and a mobile program from MIT and John Hopkin's University of Medicine this was mostly thanks to Logan placing a few calls and his scholastic achievments.

 

Medical: He is a trained and tried physician, holding what Hank McCoy knows through psychic transfers of knowledge and through MIT and John Hopkin's. He is not only a general practice, but he is skilled in internal medicine and radiological aspects of medicine. He was interested in genetics too, so he had studied that in addition to that. He excelled at micro and macro biology, chemical compounds and advanced chemistry. In the times when he treated wounds on the battle field he had earned his stripes as a war medic, often lessening Hank's medical load to help lead the war front.

 

 

Hand to Hand: During his formative years before he learned several martial arts from Logan himself and Psylocke. Despite not being a master like they are he could handle himself in a fair fight or fisticuffs! Psylocke taught him weapon’s training with a katana, bo staff and shurikens. To date he had learned parkour, the art of using terrain to your advantage. Various martial art forms, both established and impromptu from Betsy Braddock. Boxing, Muay Thai and general practices of self defense by Logan. Kitty Pryde and Benjamin taught him how to use a sword, while gambit taught the dirtier styles of fighting and using a bow staff. Kurt taught acrobatic combat and Warren taught aerial combat.

 

Mechanical/Technological: He is naturally adept at technological and mechanical endeavors when he built Martha’s hover pad she uses to move about, also when he rigged Logan’s bike to spew out pink smoke when he road. When he was in the war between mutants and Red Skull’s U men and regime he rebuilt portions of Cerebra, under Magneto’s watchful eye and teaching. He under went electrical and technological classes at MIT, often using advanced theories and practices to augment what he was learned, which would of made Xavier proud. He even worked on several MVA projects with Anthony Stark in the Research and Development division in the home office. After he returned, he was offered a spot in the Brain Trust, a group of enlightened minds in the scientific fields to build a better tomorrow under Reed Richard, Tony Stark, Forge and T'Challa.

 

Psychic Warfare: Emma Frost, Jean Grey Summers, Professor Xavier all spoke highly of him as he was their prized student. Emma taught him her spin of psychic warfare and surgery. While Professor Xavier focused on astral  defenses and more passive uses along with defensive barriers . Jean taught him the middle ground, utilizing both Emma and Charle’s teachings. She taught him the middle ground. Betsy had taught him telekinetic warfare and skills.

 

Psychic Surgery: Charles and Emma both taught him how to reorganize and structure thoughts, basically repairing and building back a mind. He was taught the finer points by Emma, broader and more benign points by Xavier.

 

Aside from those he is a skilled tinkerer and artist when it applies to technology.
